Transition Management
Transition management is the development and implementation of
an intentional strategy designed to create a different state from
that which exists for the organization or for the individual today.
We work with the contracting organization to clearly define the
strategic direction of the company. Then, incorporating the principles
of Capacity Building, we facilitate the development of a transition
plan including but not limited to
- Restructuring staff roles to implement strategies identified
as needed to move the organization forward
- Coaching staff to embrace changing roles and direction and
to let go of old ways
- Modifying organizational structure to effectively implement
the new business model
- Coaching management to lead the transition
Our Transition Management Services can be applied to the entire
organization through strategic planning, to a specific department
or area through planning and team development or to an individual
through coaching.

and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for intentional,
managed change. The organization may choose to contract for a phase
